“An absolutely incredible experience. We were looking for a personalized experience and we found it – from the pre-planning with Rob, through the journey with Solomon and with constant contact via WhatsApp and phone with Rob all the way through. The little things like getting rooms close to the main hall and help with sim cards went a long-long way. Ultimate flexibility, quick responses and smart/clear guidance made us always feel safe and also the food service was outstanding almost everywhere. Regarding our private guide, we can honestly say not only is Solomon a safari expert and fantastic driver, he is an outstanding human being. We are thankful to have had the opportunity to get to know him.
